The record looks barely played and grades NM. 

The 2 booklets have hardly any wear and both grade EX to EX+.

The sleeve (with obi strip) has hardly any wear apart from some tiny corner wear on the bottom two corners. There is some very light yellowing on the back of the Obi. The sleeve grades EX+.
