Hello and welcome to this auction for a 'Beatles - Rubber Soul LOUD CUT CROSSOVER 12" 1965 RARE original Parlophone LP vinyl 1st press' in overall EXCELLENT condition.
This particular first pressing is quite rare as side 1 features the famous 'LOUD CUT' mix. This is the more rarer crossover version as it features the loud cut mix on side 1. The more common crossover pressings have the loud cut mix on side 2.
In my eyes, the record is in EXCELLENT condition! BARELY ANY CRACKLE! Even in between tracks it is very very quiet - barely audible on my system. I have play tested it all the way through and can confirm that there are NO SKIPS, NO JUMPS and NO STICKS! A deep clean could potentially make this EXCELLENT+! Punchy, loud, crisp - EXCELLENT! The record lies extremely flat and plays extremely well. Crackle is more noticeable on Michelle but this seems to be quiet common. These crossover copies are great because you can really hear the difference in the mixes! Labels are EXCELLENT. The inner sleeve isn't original but it's EXCELLENT - no splits!
The sleeve is 100% intact and houses the record very well. I rate it as EXCELLENT. Lovely shine, stunning gloss and very clean! Spine is EXCELLENT! A few small laminate creases here and there but nothing major. Back is very clean and looks great! Have a look at the pictures and see for yourself! No writing or anything like that.
