'The Beatles' aka 'The White Album' double LP, an essential album in any serious vinyl collection!

This is an original UK 1st stereo pressing and is a very nice example complete with top-loading laminated and numbered gatefold sleeve, 4 picture cards and double-sided lyric poster! - 30 songs inc Back In The USSR, Revolution, Helter Skelter, Dear Prudence, Blackbird, While My Guitar Gently Weeps - please ask for full tracklisting

CONDITION (vinyl/cover)

Original 1st pressing discs on thick heavy vinyl; both look clean looked-after copies with just a few small or slight surface marks (disc 2 with some superficial faint paper scuffs from sleeve removal) and no major scratches or wear; they visually grade VG+ to EX; all 4 Apple labels are bright and clean and show a few light spindlemarks, nothing excessive; the records sit perfectly flat on the turntable and both play great with clean and clear audio and just a small number of light surface noises that do not spoil the music; no crackle and no disturbing heavy noises; side 2 audio grades VG+ and for sides 1, 3 & 4 the audio is EX

/ The laminated gatefold sleeve (numbered 0409571) is in very nice solid condition with light wear only; the glossy laminate is flat and virtually uncreased with only one or two small creases/scratches; there's a slight hint of ringwear and some mild yellowing on the outside; spine is solid with a small bit of flaking at bottom; tiny 0.5cm tear and some light feathering to opening edges; the inside is again virtually crease-free, again some mild discolouration and just one or two tiny marks. Flipbacks are nice and tight. Overall graded EX-

4 picture cards of each Beatles are all EX with slight wear only, except the John one which grades VG+ as it has been pinned up and has some light corner creasing, a small bit of edge yellowing and light marks on the back

The textured paper poster with lyrics on the reverse has been pinned up and shows blue-tack traces with a small hole at one corner (see photo) and a couple of minor splits at the folds. It has still been well looked-after and shows no obvious defects, no writing, no stains, no tears VG+
