Here is a copy of the Beatles "SamHouston Coliseum Houston (Texas) August 19, 1965" 2LP set, featuring the complete afternoon and evening shows in Houston (see pics for track listing). This was part of the "It was more than 20 years ago" series that came out of Italy in the mid-1980's. I would put the condition of the sleeve at NM-- it is bright and clean with no visible ring wear and no defects I can see. The LP itself is a nice deep green vinyl that the pictures don't at all do justice to, and they both also present as solid NM... This has been in my collection for over 20 years, and I believe I bought it new in the mid-1980's. I would have played it (at most) ONCE to record it to cassette (remember those?) and put it in storage in a plastic sleeve, where it has remained ever since.

Here are my grading criteria:
MINT : Pristine, perfect and flawless
NM NEAR MINT The record shows no obvious signs of wear. The very slightest signs of use, truly near mint. May have few signs of wear on the cover and/ or few slight paper scuffs on the vinyl. Plays perfectly
NM- NEAR MINT MINUS The record will show some small signs that it was played and handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. There should be no obvious defects (Scratches/Warps).
EX : Light use is evident. The beginnings of light wear will be evident on the cover and some surface scuffs will apear on the vinyl BUT record should play with no surface noise.
VG++ : Use is evident but not bad. Cover has some ring wear along with some rub along the edges, spine and the corners along the spine. Record has some marks , very light scratches.
VG+ : Average use record, looks OK, plays OK, some noise is possible. Record has most of the original gloss. Record was played but was well cared for.
VG : Cover shows more than normal wear and vinyl has some groove wear or several scratches or some significant scratches. This record may have noise, but not overwhelmingly.
G : Significant surface noise, scratches, visible groove wear , may skip or repeat.
