THE DALE SISTERS MY SUNDAY BABY 1961 EMBER International S140: very rare UK Top 50 hit in nice ex condition.
On offer is The DALE SISTERS 45rpm entitled MY SUNDAY BABY [Un Telegrama] c/w ALL MY LIFE released in the UK on EMBER INTERNATIONAL EMBS140 in 1961. This 45 was a minor hit in 1961 peaking at No 36: and is one of the hardest 1960s UK hits to find and therefore very sought-after by collectors of Top 50 UK hits. It was the only hit 45 credited to The Dale Sisters – who had also enjoyed one minor hit as The England Sisters in 1960.

The vinyl is in lovely EX condition: very clean and with a lovely sheen.
The record labels are nice and clean, with no writing on them.
The record sounded great when I test played it on my BOSE record player.
The record comes housed in a reproduction 1960s EMBER label sleeve.

EXCELLENT (EX) THE RECORD SHOWS SOME SIGNS OF HAVING BEEN PLAYED, BUT THERE IS VERY LITTLE LESSENING IN SOUND QUALITY. THE COVER AND PACKAGING MIGHT HAVE SLIGHT WEAR AND/OR CREASING.
VERY GOOD (VG) THE RECORD HAS OBVIOUSLY BEEN PLAYED MANY TIMES, BUT DISPLAYS NO MAJOR DETERIORATION IN SOUND QUALITY, DESPITE NOTICEABLE SURFACE MARKS AND THE OCCASIONAL LIGHT SCRATCH. NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR ON THE COVER OR EXTRA ITEMS, WITHOUT ANY MAJOR DEFECTS, IS ACCEPTABLE.
GOOD (G) THE RECORD HAS BEEN PLAYED SO MUCH THAT THE SOUND QUALITY HAS NOTICEABLY DETERIORATED, PERHAPS WITH SOME DISTORTION AND MILD SCRATCHES. THE COVER AND CONTENTS SUFFER FROM FOLDING, SCUFFING OF EDGES, SPINE SPLITS, DISCOLOURATION, ETC.
