Description
The Jimi Hendrix Experience---"Axis: Bold As Love"---Original UK 1st Pressed Mono Album In VG/EX Condition On The Track Label---A1 and B1 From 1967
This is a UK copy from 1967 in mono on the Track label, cat. no. 612 003 with matrices A1 and B1.
Vinyl: VG. The vinyl is in nice looking condition with a great shine and has a few marks and scuffs. Side 1 plays with some crackle at the quiet run in and quiet start and you can also hear it between tracks and in very quiet parts. It tends to virtually disappear into the loud tracks. The only ticks are 2 between tracks A5 and A6. Side 2 has heavier surface crackle which gradually get a bit quieter as the side goes on. You can hear it in the quieter parts.
Labels: EX. Labels are in nice clean and tidy condition with no markings . There is normal use spindle wear.
Sleeve: EX. The laminated gatefold sleeve is in very solid condition with light edge and corner wear and a little thumb creasing towards the front opening edge. The inside gatefold is very nice indeed. As is often the case, there is no insert with this copy.
With a low start price you could get yourself a real bargain.
Many thanks for looking at this and our other vinyl to be auctioned.
