Description

For auction is a rare 1st UK copy of the Rolling Stones debut album with the ‘Mona’ credit for track four side one on both the sleeve and the label.

2A/4A matrices.

The sleeve would be a VG + apart from the tear and small missing piece to the back of the cover as shown in the photo, as well as some discolouration. Apart from this the sleeve is fully intact and in great condition. The front is at least VG+, and there is no wear to the edges or spine.

The record itself is VG visually, with some scuffs and hairlines but no feelable scratches. Play wise it is closer to excellent with only some crackles in a few quiet passages and definitely no sticks skips or jumps.

All in all a decent example of the rare ‘Mona’ first pressing.
