Description
On offer, ONE used 7" Vinyl Record a 45 rpm disc numbered 822749 on the ' Capeside Int. ' record label, featuring (unpacked weight ca. 56 grams)
" The Steneboofs "
" Side 1 : Simigwado and on the flip side B.B. "
CONDITION : VINYL : Obviously been played a great deal and not cared for as covered with an overall sheen of variable surface marks, scratches and scuffs, numerous but mostly light, reviewed under bright light examination ... LABELS : good but covered in spindle marks
whilst the relabelled recycled plastic centred card SLEEVE is very good
Please see my photos which give a fair indication ... thank you
During test play before listing the disc played through ok but displayed considerable crackle and pop throughout although much drowned out by the powerful music and song,
nevertheless a rare disc offered now at a reasonable auction start price as a worthy playable spacefiller until if and when a better copy comes along !
ONE used 7" Vinyl record, in my view a milestone in Afrobeat Musical history from Ghana, TWO tracks from Gyadublay Amboley, a Highlife Musician, Songwriter, Producer and Composer from Takoradi, Ghana with his Band.
Please note: for your interest I've added this detail of the Musicians and the disc but as this is purely from my own limited research, if the accuracy is important to you please checkout before bidding to avoid disappointment ... thank you
