Stunning condition ULTRA RARE uniquely picture sleeved Sweden 45 release from 1970. As far as I know Sweden was the only country in the world where this 45 had a picture sleeved release. Have a listen below! Utter masterpiece. Note that the "sleeve" consists of one piece of 7" x 7" paper with printing on one side.

Sleeve condition: EX+ (tiny 0,8cm tear at top)
Vinyl condition: M-
