Description
TRADER HORNE – Morning Way
(UK First Press on Collectible DAWN Label cat # DNLS 3004 from 1969)
Label/Sleeve -> Orange Dawn Label with Logo at the top in Black. Laminated front and back gatefold sleeve. Inside is non laminated. NO – Insert.
Matrix # -> DNLS 3004 A-1T *T STEREO / DNLS 3004 B-1T *T STEREO
Grade (Cover/Vinyl) -> VG++ / Near Mint-
Description -> The vinyl is in superb shape.. clean and shiny.. there are a few spindle marks on both sides. The copy plays with superb fidelity and warmth.. background sound is barely noticeable and on my audiophile set up extremely faint and light hence the play grade Near Mint minus else visually Mint-. The only flaw I noticed on the vinyl is just as it ends on side 2.. there is sudden hiss/sound for fraction of a second. I can visually see 2 mm stylus mark along the groove on the surface that may be causing it.
Not sure how to grade this.. but overall Near mint minus apart from this issue.
Overall VG++, Has light general handling wear with the corner showing light rub wear.. light laminate creasings. Some ringwear noticeable on the back. Fully intact and No writing. Clean fully readable spine.
SUPERB BRIT FOLK ALBUM with JUDY DYBLE WHO WAS PART OF THE VERY FIRST FAIRPORT LINE UP. JACKEY MACULEY CONTRIBUTES HANDSOMELY TO THIS ALBUM.
