Description
TRANSATLANTIC WAIL
FEATURING: ROLF ERICSON, CECIL PAYNE, DUKE JORDAN, JOHN SIMMONS AND ART TAYLOR
Original 1st Press Vinyl LP
A fantastic and very scarce original Jazz LP, recorded in May 1956
Year of release - 1956
Made in UK
Pye Nixa Jazz Records - NJL 5 (Black Labels)
Condition:
Vinyl/Labels : VG+
The vinyl has some superficial surface marks, which hardly affect playback, (minimal background in quiet sections only, the record plays to a near Excellent standard and sounds fantastic).
Laminated Flipback Sleeve/Original Poly-lined Inner : VG/VG+
Sleeve in very good condition with some moderate laminate lifting in a few small isolated sections, plus some edge wear/non-excessive handling/storage wear. All text, colours and graphics are sharp and strong, overall, a nice looking sleeve.
I have more rare Jazz LPs for sale - check out my other items.
Important Information:
Postage & Packaging
Records are packaged safely using strong stiff cardboard and extra bubble wrap to ensure they arrive in the same condition as in my description. I also remove record from outer sleeve and original inner sleeves, to prevent seam splits. I am a record collector myself and understand the importance of safe packaging to ensure safe delivery.
:Please note:
Postage prices will be greatly reduced if buying more than one record. In fact, if UK buyers buy three LPs, the postage is the same price as for posting one LP. Overseas buyers can also expect a much reduced rate when combining postage.
Good luck and happy bidding!
Prompt payment is much appreciated. Please pay within 3 days of auction ending.
You are are strongly advised to pay for items to be tracked if the value is over £20.00, and will be given this option when invoiced.
