Pressing Significance

This copy is not a 1964 first pressing. Instead, it is a late 1969–early 1971 UK stereo reissue pressed by EMI after they introduced the silver/black Parlophone label with two EMI boxed logos. It uses original 1960s metal parts (-2/-1 matrices), which provide authentic early sound quality, but the label style places the record firmly in the reissue era.

Condition Evaluation (based on your photos)

• Sleeve: VG – noticeable edge wear, light creasing, laminate lifting at edges. Flipbacks intact.

• Vinyl: VG to VG+ – visible light marks and hairlines, but no severe scratches. Labels are clean with minimal spindle wear.
