Description
This is the original UK pressing of the Mono album "Rubber Soul" by The Beatles on the Parlophone label, catalogue number PMC 1267. Matrix numbers: Side 1, XEX 579-4. Side 2, XEX 580-1. Stampers Side 1, GAP @ 3 O'clock, 3@ 9 O'clock. Side 2, TO @ 3 O'clock, 3 @ 9 O'clock. Labels are in beautiful condition showing only minor spindle lines each side. Side 2 label has a slight printing fault where the black print is thin in one small area but this does not detract from the outstanding quality of the item, Vinyl side 1 retains it's sheen and shows NO SCUFFS, NO SCRATCHES and no other surface markings, outstanding NEAR MINT. Side 2 is in amazing condition, NO SCUFFS, NO SCRATCHES and is graded Near Mint.
The original Emitex inner is in EX++ condition.
The outer sleeve is in remarkable condition with a couple of the lightest small creases to the spine edge. The rear of the sleeve retains outstanding whiteness with no staining or discoloration, Near Mint
The record plays beautifully with crystal clarity and very little if any background noise.
This is a remarkable example of the pressing immediately following the Loud Mix.
