Description

An original 4th press for the UK market..Matrix 1N/1N. Label design is consistent with 4th Press. No 'Sold In UK' . HEAVY WEIGHT VINYL - A MONSTER. The vinyl comes housed in an original cover by E J Day. We also have the Emitex inner totally intact! So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex) In superb condition particularly when you consider the vintage. A couple of slight marks per side nothing that are deep or troublesome at all. A thorough testing from  beginning to end reveals an, at least, EXCELLENT level of playback through out...VERY impressive for this early vintage. One minor deviation per side. A couple of ticks in one spot per side. Unbelievably good player...Total clean feeder...think about that for a second...how old is this record..? It's Beatles.... It plays near perfect. You're gonna get the ambiance in 'Love Me Do' - the silence behind the band - the echoes..the percussion....the whole thing. It suggests a careful owner, but is also testament to how damn good these original pressings were. Even into the lowkey numbers - CLEAN. If you love the warmth of early sixties pressings with great punch and energy...you will love this copy. SUPERB> Plays practically as good as any copy I've ever witnessed. Now - that is pretty darn amazing...
Cover (Vg/Vg+) Well preserved - clean and flat front. A bit of edge wear- but nothing that noticeable. The rear has avoided the worst of the ageing process - but some ageing is evident. Slight wear at corners. Spine 95% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex-) Original. A bit aged. But bag is present and no splits.
