Description

An outstanding copy of The Beatles White Album in Mono from 22/11/68 PMC 7067/8 top opener complete and UK first pressing.  All four labels without the EMI Credit which was a contractual obligation so was quickly corrected. No 0070206 to a still beautiful white sleeve with unbroken laminate spine Matrix nos YEX 709-1 YEX 710-1 YEX 711-1 YEX 712-1  Mothers 5 OM ,5 TT,7 GDL + 2 HR Sides One to Four respectively. There are differences on virtually all tracks to the Stereo version the obvious ones being the elimination of fade in at the end of Helter Skelter so you lose Ringos " I`ve got blisters on my fingers" in Mono. Helter Skelter slightly shorter but the track Yer Blues is slightly longer. Stereo by 1968 was favoured over these Mono pressings Plays perfectly with no skips or jumps + still has its vinyl sheen. It has been played but not much I feel as laminate to spine is complete with no cracks. The seldom seen spacer has small crease + nick to very corner ( These were put between each four photos so the girls could pack Album quickly without counting them out ) These spacers were included in some copies almost by accident if you were lucky you got one + of course some owners threw them away. Having a White Cover these show any signs of any mishandling so there is a rarity in having one so clean. Very hard to find them in this condition nearly 48 yrs of age now ! This is my own copy I`m selling but I wish to fund another purchase No Reserve Posting Immediate Will Post Worldwide Insured + Tracked
