This album, together with some other Original Beatles albums that we are listing at the current time, was purchased from an extremely careful record collector who had the foresight to handle his collection with the greatest of respect and care. All are in this similar EXCEPTIONAL condition!

Description of this COMPLETE UK 1st Issue Album package:

The TWO Original UK 1st Issue Vinyl LPs are on the traditional Dark Green APPLE label, with ‘Sold in UK’ label text and ‘Apple Records’ label rim text, With the wording ‘An E.M.I Recording’ on all four record labels.

NUMBERED Laminated Garrod & Lofthouse GATEFOLD sleeve and is numbered 0289526. This number is printed on the front of the sleeve. Also included in this **COMPLETE** package is its original Giant Lyric Poster and 4 original thick card Colour Prints - one of each Beatle.

The stamped matrixes in the trail out grooves are Side 1: YEX 709-1, Side 2: YEX 710-1, Side 3: YEX 711-1, and Side 4: YEX 712-1.

The stampers: Side 1: ‘2’, ‘O’, Side 2, ‘3‘,‘RL’, Side 3: ‘3’, ‘RGG’, and Side 4: ‘2’, ‘GMP’.

An ACCURATE Assessment of the condition of this Record Package:

All four record labels are in **EXCEPTIONAL** condition and grade in **close to mint**. The record labels are STUNNING - totally BRIGHT, FRESH and UNWORN. There is NO wear around any of the centre spindle holes, showing only one or two faint spider marks to the record labels, and we are being extremely critical here. All four sides of the two Vinyl Discs are graded, without any hesitation, in INCREDIBLE **close to mint**– The Vinyl looks **NEW**. It would be near impossible, if not Impossible, to find a better one – and this is not an overstatement! The two Vinyl Discs are truly IMMACULATE in appearance – the best that we have seen, and it is obvious that the album was handled and stored very carefully by its previous very owner.

The Sleeve is also Extremely IMPRESSIVE and the front, the reverse and the inside of the Gatefold is carefully graded in SUPERB **excellent plus to close to mint** condition. The sleeve is STRONG and FIRM, and still remarkably BRIGHT, WHITE and CLEAN. The laminate is ULTRA glossy and the wording ‘The BEATLES’ and the number of 0289526 are very sharp and clearly printed. The edges and corners of the sleeve are in great shape, with only the tiniest of corner bruising to a couple of the corners, but this is minor. The spine Remarkably, has NO signs of Laminate Flaking and is in SUPERB condition. The wording on the spine edge is very clear and correctly reads ‘The Beatles’, ‘Stereo PCS 7067 8’, – of course this is the STEREO version . The inside of the gatefold sleeve is in **close to mint** condition. There is just the faintest signs of record storage wear to the front and reverse of the sleeve, but again this is really minimal and again we are being ultra critical in our assessment. The FOUR Original 1968 colour photographs – one of each of The Beatles are in SUPERB **close to mint** condition – NO tears or handwriting and NO Pin holes, and NO Creasing. Additionally, the two Original inner bags are again in great shape, with NO tearing to the die cuts, just a little mild inevitable creasing, which can only be expected. The Folded Giant Lyric poster is in **close to mint** condition, with NO tearing, NO Pin holes, NO Splitting to the folds, and NO handwriting.

The Playing Quality:

Having played the album carefully, the Playing Quality matches that of the Visual Grading and Both records play BEAUTIFULLY. All four sides have been play graded, There is NO unwanted crackle, NO skips, NO jumps, No Pops, NO Clicks, NO Distortion. A Warm and clear stereo sound, which could not disappoint any collector - STUNNING!

An EXCEPTIONAL all round Example. Without doubt, this GEM is an **INVESTMENT QUALITY** purchase, and an **EXTRAORDINARY** find in this TOP condition. In our Professional Opinion, it would be Near Impossible, if not IMPOSSIBLE** to find a better looking and sounding White Album!

Finally, the wining bidder can rest assured that this GEM will be carefully and professionally packaged to ensure that it reaches it destination anywhere around the World in the same condition as it leaves our offices. The LP will be packed outside of its inner and outer sleeve, in a separate protective inner bag, to protect the original inner and outer Laminated sleeve from any cutting/rubbing during transit.
