The Beatles White Album Mono LOW #4737 1st Pressing No EMI Vinyl Record Complete
This is one of the lowest numbered White Album's I have ever seen at just number 0004737. What is more, it's an amazing clean example and is fully complete. I really doubt you'll find another as good as this!!
Matrix numbers: Side 1: XEX 709-1; Side 2: XEX 710-1; Side 3: XEX 711-1; Side 4: XEX 712-1
Labels: The labels are printed with a dark green and “Sold In U.K. subject to resale price conditions, see price lists” text is printed at the top. They all feature the error of omitting the text 'An E.M.I. Recording' on the label that was swiftly corrected. Have the credits "Production by GEORGE MARTIN" and "Orchestrations by GEORGE MARTIN" below the group's name.
Sleeve: The stamped seven-digit number appears in grey on a slight downward angle towards the lower right corner. Later issues went down to a six-digit format.
Low Number: Highly collectable low numbered 4,737 sleeve
Stampers: Low mother stampers 5OH, 2HG, 1H, 1H
Extras: Foldout poster (EX), 4x portrait photos (EX) and 2x black die-cut paper inners (1x EX, 1x VG with a small split to the side)
I have play tested this the whole way through - it's one of my favourite albums ever - and there are no skips or jumps, and only a few light crackles in places. All four sides I would grade at least VG but more like VG+. Happy to send a video to anyone interested. This is one of the earliest examples out there and in great condition. Please see my pictures below as these form part of my description.
