The Beatles - White Album Mono 1st Press Complete with all 4 pictures, poster and very rare spacer. No EMI on side 3 & 4 labels. Number: 0077665. Absolutely stunning vinyl with incredibly low mothers/stampers.
This is an absolutely near perfect copy of a great record.

Media (Play Tested): NM (Both Discs, All Sides). Side one and two have the EMI but side three and four don’t so technically this is a crossover but as you can see above, sides one and two have the lower mothers/stampers putting paid to these labels being used on a second run. Sits completely flat with no warping. Stunning playing surface on all sides, retain a lovely glossy sheen and sounds great with no surface noise, even during the quietest parts. One of the finest copies I have seen. It looks unplayed. Even the spindle holes are without blemishes. I went back and fore on whether to this NM but even under bright light this is clear. Only a couple of tiny marks that I think are from manufacturing are visible and even then only with a magnifying lens. I know for a record this valuable, smallest margins are important and collectors need to know exactly what they are buying. Incredibly low mothers/stampers as you would expect from this pressing, with these labels.
Sleeve: EX. Low Number. Clean with some very slight age discolouration. It has very clean flip backs and fantastic corners and sides. Some very slight age wear at top loader. The number is incredibly clear and the embossed The Beatles has no visible laminate lift at all. A couple of very small marks at the rear near the spine prevent this being NM - it really is that good. The spine is fully intact but has creases, both ‘The Beatles’ and the Mono and Stereo catalogue numbers are clear and undamaged.
Inner Sleeve/Inserts/Spacer: EX/EX+/VG+. All original black inner sleeve with no splits though the records have been stored in anti-static sleeves. Even the die cut holes are fully intact. The Photos and Poster are originals and look like they have never left the sleeve. The very rare spacer has only the very slightest of creasing and a very small tear to the corner and has age related discolouration.
What can I say about this pressing, and these miss-print labels, that you haven’t already read? I will just say that this is a stunning package and the inclusion of the spacer proves how well this has been looked after.
