The Clash Give Em Enough Rope LP UK EPIC USA 1978 1st Press [Ex+/Ex+]

Description

An original 1978 1st pressing in the USA. Epic moved away from the Orange label around the time this title was released - making it harder to track down. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original USA cover. There's an original generic white inner too. Just whipped it outta the shrink - so it is looking pretty tidy! Epic have managed to spell Paul's name incorrectly on side 2..cheers!
Vinyl (Ex+) In marvellous condition and has only seen lightest use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of lightest marks per side [kinda bag-rash style] - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. Can't imagine finding a better preserved playing copy - boderline perfect. A couple of crackles in a couple of isolated spot. Superb! FINAL UPGRADE.
Cover (Ex/Ex+) You won't find many a copy looking like this example - I've just removed the shrink and it is looking super tidy. No signs of surface wear or light fade. Shiny smooth and perfectly flat - very very impressive. Hardly any edge wear and firm openings. The spine is 100% intact and overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. FINAL UPGRADE.
Inner (Vg+) Light ageing. No splits.
