Description

Original first-pressing from Black Art Studios produced by Lee Perry in 1977. Cover art has blue vertical stripes that were covered with hand-painted yellow. Disc is in very good condition, sleeve has only a few scratches along top edge and spine. Artist is spelled as "The Congos" on the sleeve and "The Congoes" on the labels. Title is also given as "Heart Of The Congos" on the sleeve and "Heart Of The Congo Man" on the labels. Etched in runout: LP 4049 A/B (not indicated on sleeve or label).
