I have had some questions about condition - understandable. So, using -  http://reviews.ebay.co.uk/Guide-to-condition-of-Vinyl-records - as a guide I stand by original description ie. very good + (minimum grade) I actually feel it is excellent - vinyl is really clean free of marks / scratches. Cover in very good condition.
Played and loved , like all of us that have been played and loved, we all show signs of the passing of time.  I bought it brand new 43 years ago. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- • Hendrix LADYLAND  33rpm double LP.  • TRACK record - cat.no. 613008 - date 1968.  • *Good to very good condition for age ! • The real thing. V.nice item.
* please note: I think both discs and cover are in good to very good condition ( possibly better ) this is not any  kind "offical" condition classification just my opinion.
It's 43 years old obviously some signs of use and  being played.
