The item is in excellent condition and comes as shown. There is no shelf wear and/or damage. The collection is stored in a climate-controlled facility, non-smoking & pet free. Over the years, all LP records, 45s, CDs, and other music-related items were collected by a person with a very eclectic taste in music. Most were never opened, played, or played once when new to ensure all was well with the record. Payment is expected within three (3) days of the auction finish.
