EX+, only a few very slight surface marks, looks alltogether clean/ VG+(+), slight general wear, no seam split / clean

->I grade each record conservative and fair as I expect it when I buy one. Moreover I pack the records as save as it gets with professional cardboard covers. If you wanna go 100% sure that the parcel arrives by you, I recommend insured shippment. But this addition doesn't unfortunately guarantee that the parcel doesn't get damaged. It's very expensive to dispatch a parcel as FRAGILE: within Europe it costs approximately 40$. (the reason is that it isn't still a Maxi-letter but a parcel, so the shippment costs are a lot heigher plus the insurance is approximately 12$). So I'm not responsible for damaged records. And I'm not responsible for lost parcels which weren't shipped insured (Insurance is 7$).
