Description
Here's an EX copy of this rare release of the original Modern Lovers lineup on Beserkeley Records 'Home Of The Hits'. These sessions were recorded in the early '70's, but didn't get distributed until this time, several years after the group had broken up.
The original Lovers lineup featured: Jonathan Richman; Ernie Brooks; Jerry Harrison; and David Robinson. They are known as a seminal band of the punk genre, and were heavily influenced by the Velvet Underground.
The tracks: Roadrunner; Astral Plane; Old World; Pablo Picasso; She Cracked; Hospital; Someone I Care About; Girl Friend; and Modern World.
This issue distributed by Playboy Records.
Condition description: vinyl fully intact with little surface noise. Jacket fully intact.
