Gatefold – first issue, includes ad for “Freak-out Hot-spots” map inside gatefold.
Some copies were stickered, it reads: “Limited Edition 2 L.P’s for the price of one.”
1st catalog # with dash ‘-‘ on cover; 2nd catalog # with slash ‘/’ on disc labels.
Pressing plant denoted by the use of the ‘ in the Catalog # on the labels and the deep groove pressing ring.
