Description

Selling-up my extensive record collection. Lots of interesting records in the collection - do have a look at my other items, and there are new listings every week. I may have obscure things that you didn't even know you wanted!

Here is a box set of four LPs, covering the Stones' whole Decca career, right up to "Let It Bleed", and with a whole side devoted to the "We Love You" single and Satanic Majesties highlights. My third picture is the track-list on the back of the box, so you can see what tracks were selected for inclusion.  

Pictures are my own photos of the items for sale. Photos are part of the description, have a good look.

Box/covers - Box is in very sound condition, no split corners and not squashed! Some stains - like you can see in my second picture - on the back and on one of the edges. Sticker on top right of front. Each record has a poly-lined inner sleeve and a custom inner with a band photo from the appropriate era, tracklist and info. Each custom inner has a sticker on it, like the one on the front of the box. Inners are excellent.

Records - I've had a good look at these - I don't see ANY damage on seven of the sides, and side 3A has a small mark with specks in, and a short fingernail mark on track 3.


When I'm checking for damage on records, I look at them carefully with my reading glasses on, in good daylight. This method detects any bits of damage that will affect what you hear when listening to it - and lots that are not audible. Using a spotlight or direct sunlight shows more surfacey marks sometimes, but I don't do that - records are for listening to, not trying to see your face in.

Postage at cost within UK - £3.00 plus 50p for a proper record mailer with two stiffener sheets of cardboard. Happy to do combined postage wherever practical. I'll charge you what it costs me - so anything up to six (or so) LPs would still be the same £3.50.

I'm happy to send this overseas. See below for details, if bidding from outside UK - you need to know this stuff.

Dispatch will usually be "next day".

Collection in person is welcome.


I don't mail things personally, to countries outside the UK - ( I mean it, don't ask) - but I am happy to use E-Bay UK's Global Shipping Program, for sending things abroad. Under this scheme, I send the parcel to an e-bay depot in UK, and they forward it to the overseas buyer.

They have a tracked courier service, for the journey from their UK depot, to the buyer.

This means that I can ONLY accept payments through e-bay (Pay Now button), and I can't send invoices.

E-Bay UK tells me, they do NOT do combined postage in the Global Shipping Programme. Charges to the customer for delivery are whatever you're told they are - if you don't want to pay the postal / courier charges individually for the items, then do not bid.

Overseas customers - please DON'T request an invoice - there is no combined postage, I can't make one, and it screws-up the e-bay system.

International buyers should be able to see a postage cost to their country, you may have to input your location, if your country is included in the scheme.

If your country is not mentioned, please do not bid.
