It is very rare to find 12" white label test pressings for singles earlier than 1985, since these were promoted using 7" 'white labels' rather than their 12" counterparts. In the cases of the third, fourth and fifth singles, namely 'What Difference Does It Make?', 'Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now' and 'William It Was Really Nothing', the 7" promo test pressings turn up occasionally for sale on ebay but I cannot remember the last time I saw a 12" white label for sale for any of these singles. This is a genuinely rare find which you may not see for sale again in a very long time, if ever, and it has been preserved in remarkable condition throughout (see below).The vinyl is somewhere between strong excellent and near mint condition, with practically no marks at all on the bright and glossy vinyl; there are just one or two very fine 'hairline' surface marks in a couple of places which appear when light is shone onto the surface. The record looks to have been played once or twice only. The slightly 'pinkish' labels have some minor dark marks near the centre on the 'B-Side' but appear fully clean on the 'A-Side'. The sleeve is the standard 12" sleeve which has been preserved in near mint condition throughout, which is a testimony to how little the record has been handled in over 20 years; assuming it is the original sleeve in which the record was distributed, which I have no reason to doubt. Please see the accompanying photos for more detail; note that the 'Ebay ID' lettering is just on the pictures and not on the item itself.

Postage and Packing is 2.00 in the UK for untracked and uninsured standard postage, this is subsidised by myself and the actual costs to me will, of course, be greater. Please do consider paying the extra 70p for tracked postage since there is nothing that can be done to find out what happened if the parcel is lost when standard postage is chosen. Shipping costs are greater for overseas buyers, but still subsidised and very good value; please check prices by using the options above or feel free to ask.
