Gatefold cover and Verve inner sleeve [sleeve does have a little tape] in very nice condition having long been stored in plastic liner EX, Labels are side a and b not 1 and 2. Black Angels death song shows a time of 3.01 misprint should be 3.10. Side A appears EX I found no scuffs or scratches I have not play tested grading maybe conservative,  Side B has a several areas of scuffs and super light surface scratches  however still a nice sheen and I rate that side VG. Lou Reed 1-3759 Live cover VG, Lp VG+.
