This is a demo LP by The Vibrations - New Vibrations. It was released in USA in 1966 on the Okeh label, catalogue number OKM 12114.
The record and the cover are in Excellent condition with a little discolouration on the back cover opening and sticker residue on the top left back cover - see attached photos. 
The label states "Record Station Copy - Not For Resale".
