Description
Here for sale is a rare opportunity to buy a superb copy of Nite Flights by The Walker Brothers.
This is an original 1978 issue on GTO Records. Catalogue number is GTLP033. On the dead wax is: GTLP033 A7 on side 1 GTLP033 B6 on side 2 Both sides have Strawberry etched in the dead wax also.
The label on both sides is close to mint with a small mark at the centre hole on side 2 but really this is a close as you’d get to getting in a time machine and buying it on release. The vinyl on both sides is perfect with no noise on the quiet parts. You can tell that whoever originally bought this put it on expecting standard Walker Brothers smooth aor but you are catapulted straight into Scott Walker’s four songs on side 1,which this album is famous for, which are a challenging listen! It looks like this was then put into a collection and never got out again. The gatefold is as new with a small crease on the spine and a tiny bit of edge wear on the corners from storage. I’m always wary of saying something is mint as this term is often used incorrectly but really this is as close to new as it’s possible to get.
