Description
This is a well-preserved, 1st pressing of the seminal Zombies 1968 album, Odessey and Oracle released in the UK on CBS in Mono.
This copy was autographed by the band at a record signing in Empire Records in the band's native St Albans in November 2023 during the city's "Begin here" festival.
My honest appraisal is that the sleeve is Excellent the vinyl is VG.
The sleeve is in excellent condition with no folds, tears, lamination bubbles or rips. The rear of the sleeve does have a small area of writing and two small dark marks, which I've photographed.
The inner is original and in good condition.
The record itself is in very good condition. The record plays well with no skips or repetitive pops.
There is surface noise when played, it's more noticeable during the run-in and in quiet tracks like "Beechwood park"
The vinyl is 57 years old, it has been played and handled!
The vinyl has surface marks that are clearly visible, I'd describe them as hairline marks - commensurate with age.
