Lot of two RARE, vintage 12" motion picture soundtrack discs / 80 RPM test pressings
Audio elements from the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer musical, "This Time For Keeps" (1947), motion picture production # 1389
1) Main title theme with Lauritz Melchior (scene 2405; dated July 22, 1946 in matrix). Second side's label indicates "This Time For Keeps", though the song appears in the film as "S'No Wonder They Fell in Love", sung by Johnny Johnston, Esther Williams, and Sharon McManus (scene 2406). Dated July 17, 1946. Visually graded vinyl is VG+ with full gloss; very slight warp not affecting play
2) "Un Poquito de Amor" sung by Johnny Johnston with Lina Romay, featured singer of Xavier Cugat's orchestra. Top label dated September 30, 1946 (scene 2437); MGM # 27213. Single-sided vinyl disc; fancy bottom side embossed with the Columbia Recording Corporaton logo, and typed label. Visually graded a glossy VG
Sound files are flat / no EQ, no noise reduction or other masking. What you hear is exactly what you get! You won't be disappointed!
