Financial distress due to financial distress, i have to part with my beloved Tool anthology.
It includes :
Opiate Vinyl, Undertow Double Vinyl, Aenima Picture Disc, Lateralus Double Vinyl Picture Disc, Fear Inoculum CD set, and Alex Gray's Net Of Being Art Book, Signed (Shown Above. Was purchased on his site.)
Notes on each iterm :
Opiate : Never Played, Packaging Good shape, no major blemishes to speak of.
Undertow : A top corner is a little blunted, but again, everything is in good shape. However, there is a discoloring on the label of side D.\
Aenima Picture Disc : The disc plays with no skips in spite of a minor concavity that simply happened over time. I only played it once, and that was NOW just to see if it works properly. It does. However, I have to acknowledge this imperfection because it is a collectors item and it is NOT is perfect shape. There are no scratches and the bulge is nearly imperceptible when you are handling the record. I tried to get a profile of it in picture 5. But it's there and you should be aware of it. But again, the record plays nicely. I would have rather have left it un-played after all of these years, as I skipped a day of school to get Aenima at Best Buy on the day of it's release. It has a lot of sentimental value to me. But sentiments don't feed one's self.
Fear Inoculum. I opened it once to check out the art work and the video. The CD was never played. I opened it one more time to take photos for the sale. The video player still works, the sound works, original USB charger, and all docs.
Net Of Being : Thumbed through a couple of times then shelved. It was purchased off of his website. His signature is common, but I assure you that it is authentic. His wife signed as well.
I ran out of room, but if you require ANY additional pics or info, reach out and I'll oblige. I'm in a rough situation and I am hoping to raise some money to get through the summer. In spite of my need, I am donating 10 percent of this sale to Cure Cervical Cancer, Inc. It killed my wife in 2021 and left me heartbroken and wallet-broken. So this collection must go. And it hurts. I'm a Tool fan. Check out the last picture.
