Description
Celebrated, rare British modern jazz classic; no further introduction necessary. The record has obviously been well-played, but there are no major flaws, e.g. feelable marks or scratches, and there is still some gloss in evidence; clearly it has been well cared-for. The aural quality is high, with very little surface noise and a rich, clear sound typical of these pressings; overall a VG on the Record Collector scale.
The front cover, shown in photos, has some edge wear/rubbing and a tear of approx. 2.5 inches at the middle of the open edge; also some ringwear and laminate separation at the same edge. There is no defacement/writing or seam splits. The rear cover is virtually unmarked; overall, a G on the Record Collector scale. The label is unmarked, with only moderate spindle wear. The original company inner sleeve is present and intact.
