Description

An original 1st press of TJT on the UK Island label. Matrix A1U/B1U. The vinyl comes housed in an original gatefold cover. Also included is the original black inner sleeve and the poster.lyric sheet. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex+) In superb condition and has only seen very light use. Under close inspection I could only make out a couple of light marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are very nice and quiet and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. Superb fidelity as is going to come as standard on these early 1st pressings. Very clean from start to finish - just what the collector is looking for. Interference is very minor and infrequent. All I could detect were a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated moments per side [e.g. the intro to side 2]. A great player - you couldn't really ask more from it.
Cover (Ex/Ex+) In lovely condition and has clearly been looked after very carefully down the years. Very nice clean front and rear without the usual surface wear or creasing that often exhibits. At worst a tiny indentation down in the bottom right corner of the rear. The interior looks immaculate - no issues at all. Edge wear is very very minor indeed and the openings still sharp. The spine looks great almost perfect with all text very nice and legible. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex) No splits - very nice.
Poster (Ex) In great shape no issues.
