WOW WHAT A FIND !!! This is a RARE ORIGINAL UNRELEASED DEMO ACETATE SINGLE, UK IMMEDIATE MUSIC / REGENT SOUND SINGLE SIDED ACETATE PRESSING - MOD / PSYCH ACETATE by BILLY NICHOLLS and the SMALL FACES from 1968, ORIGINAL UK UNRELEASED DEMO ACETATE PRESSING !!!
This is a RARE AND GREAT - MOD / PSYCH - UNRELEASED DEMO ACETATE single that I SUSPECT IS THE ONLY ONE IN EXISTENCE !!! This is an UNRELEASED - BILLY NICHOLLS with the SMALL FACES - DEMO ACETATE SINGLE from 1968, This is a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DEMO VERSION and as is written not is the 1ST DEMO VERSION, it is more acoustic with no drums, ALL 4 MEMBERS of the SMALL FACES played on these recording with ANDREW LOOG OLDHAM (The Rolling Stones manager) producing it, so you can imagine the SMALL FACES probably sitting around and listening to this ACETATE !!! As this was an IMMEDIATE MUSIC PUBLISHING ACETATE (which I have bought the complete vinyl library from), only the track name is written, but you can also see the IMMEDIATE MUSIC PUBLISHING library number written on it IM 0341 (publishing companies only signed song writers and not the act !!!)
DON’T LET THIS PIECE OF PSYCH / SMALL FACES / MOD HISTORY GET AWAY as it is probably the ONLY TIME you will be able to buy this UNRELEASED ACETATE !!! I WILL HAVE SOME OTHER BILLY NICHOLLS / SMALL FACES / IMMEDIATE MUSIC ACETATES IN FUTURE WEEKS ALL FROM THE IMMEDIATE MUSIC RECORD LIBRARY !!!
ALL THE ACETATES I AM SELLING CAME FROM THE SAME RECORD COMPANY PERSON AND ARE ALL 100% GUARANTEED ORIGINALS !!!
The tracks are: LONDON SOCIAL DEGREE (1ST DEMO) / side B is blank.
The ACETATE was pressed by IMMEDIATE RECORDS at REGENT SOUND STUDIOS.
The condition of the ACETATE is in VG+++/ EX condition (Better then most ACETATES of this age, plays great with only mild crackle as ACETATES tend to have, tiny chip on the outer edge of the ACETATE which in NO WAY or form gets anywhere near the grooves) !!!
AFTER A FEW PROBLEMS ALL ITEMS OVER £20.00 WILL HAVE TO BE SENT REGISTERED / INSURED AT AN EXTRA COST OF £1.50 (UK), £5.20 (REST OF THE WORLD) NO EXCEPTIONS !!!
