"AFFINITY" PROG ERA LP
VERTIGO  6360 004  1970 NOT Swirl Inner Sleeve, sorry!  
Ist issue, swirl label / gatefold sleeve copy.
CONDITION SLEEVE The sleeve shows quite a bit of edge wear to the lower edges and less so to the upper edges as well as the   top & bottom of spine, and the outer open edge.
The sleeve has the usual matt finish that all Vertigo discs had at the time. No ring pressure mark No writing.
Spine has a couple of weak points and overall the sleeve has a slightly tired feel!
DISC: 
This disc has been professionally cleaned using a Keith Monks record cleaning machine. The vinyl is not perfect but is at least clean with all groove deposits removed!   Hairline marks on both sides but no actual scratches. Strong rainbow sheen to grooves Slightest signs of handling and a few hairline marks. No spindle marks.
