Description

You are bidding on Pink Floyd 10" acetate on Emidisc .

It is a Test Press with 4 tracks, all taken from the first album : the piper at the gates of dawn... released in 1967...

the tracks are matilda mother, bike / lucifer sam, chapter 24...

 

the versions here a bit different than the album takes...

-on matilda mother, which is a bit shorter than the album track, there is no heavy reverb effect on sid's voice like on the album take...

-on bike, the psychedelic second part has been faded, so that you only have the vocal part...

-on chapter 24 again the effect on voice is quite different and the version here looks to be a bit slower...

 

 

the acetate has no matrix number...

It comes in a plain sleeve.

This is very rare unreleased Pink Floyd material for collectors !!

The record plays in 33 rpm and plays in VG to VG+ condition, it plays with slicks crackles but nothing heavy...

the general condition is highly acceptable and playable...
