VAN MORRISON - 'MOONDANCE'
This wonderful sounding UK 1st pressing of his 3rd solo album dates from initial February 1970 release.
This earliest Pye-pressed disc is on the orange & black Warner Brothers label: WS.1835
Matrix numbers: WS 1835 A-1 *T & WS 1835 B-1 *T
Vinyl weight: 151g
Housed in an unlaminated 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover with original poly-lined inner-sleeve.

A vibrant, unworn pair with just a handful of spindle trails around the side 2 centre hole and just two on side 1.
Visual: NEAR MINT
Flawless factory-fresh, deep-gloss playing surfaces which are unmarked & 'as new' - even beneath halogen light.
Sound Quality: NEAR MINT
This exquisite sounding copy has clearly been barely played and all tracks play cleanly & clearly and are free from any audible faults or wear. You will not find a better sounding copy of this amazing album.
Cover: EXCELLENT
A fine example of this easily worn cover which has light handling & storagewear, but no significant or major faults.
The front panel bears a handful of 'thumbnail' wrinkles but none of the heavy ringwear usually found on these covers.
The rear has a faint bend towards the upper right corner but no further significant blemishes.
Both seams are unstressed and unworn and the spine is clean and fully worded along its entire length.
