Description
Very early Beatles Revolver Mono 1966 Vinyl LP Parlophone PMC 7009 .
I am selling my collection of Beatles LPs and this is a very good early Mono copy of the record. I bought it in 1966 in Soho London. I was a fan and bought the latest releases as they were available. I’m not a professional seller so hopefully the photos and my discription will tell you enough about this LP.
I think this is a very early pressing but as I have said I’m not a professional.
The cover is very good with slight ringing where it has been stored I have photoed the small wear on corners. The mouth of the sleeve is good with slight discolouration. The inner sleeve is stained and wrinkled round the opening. The silver and gold label is clean and there is very little marking round the holes on either side. The matrix is XEX605-2 side 1 and XEX606 -1 side 2 there is a surface scratch on side 1 which I have shown in the photos but it does not effect the playing.
The brilliant songs on this LP are Taxman. Eleanor Rigby. I’m only sleeping. Love you to. Here there and everywhere. Yellow Submarine. She said She said. Good day sunshine. And your bird can sing. For no one. Dr. Robert. I want to tell you. Got to get you into my life. Tomorrow never knows.
Dr. Robert is written Dr. Robert on the jacket and the label. I am willing to answer any questions which might help you decide if you want to bid.
I will send the record carefully packed in cardboard by Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of £9.
