From an era way before European Standards CE marks, bar codes, the legal requirement for manufacturers to list Country of Origin or anything of the sort. 
I don't know exact date of manufacture, but I've done some detective work and I think it is mid-1970s, but even if it's early 1980s it's still nearly 40 years old. 
Going by the head shots, they look really young in the images and the artwork has been rendered in a way that today seems crude - so no digital artwork here! The blister pack shows no signs of having been heat sealed, it is in two parts - one is moulded to the shape of the guitar, the other is covering the backing card - looks to have been laminated.  Finally, staples have been used to fix the moulded plastic to the backing (this would have been laborious and not a process that would have been undertaken any time in the last 25 years at least.
