Description

This is the original deep groove RVG-stamped “P”-pressing of Walter Davis “Davis Cup” on the West 63rd labels of Blue Note BLP 4018.  The playing surface is in new condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once.  The laminated West 63rd St. cover is in near-new condition – bright, clean, and immaculate in every respect – with sharp corners and unworn seams; slight 1” crease at the lower right corner.  Personnel include Donald Byrd, Jackie McLean, Sam Jones, and Art Taylor.  $2,000.00.
