Up for bid is the rare Soul Crusher 12-inch 33rpm LP, which is the fourth release and first full-length album by the legendary White Zombie on their Silent Explosion Records label in November of 1987 and was limited to a pressing of 2000 copies. All copies were sold.  In 1988, the band was adopted by Caroline Records, who released another 2000 copies, with both pressings having identical artwork.

This copy is still sealed in the original shrink wrap, although it has been carefully slit at the opening to allow access to the record.  If you are looking for a genuine MINT condition Soul Crusher jacket cover, this is for you! The vinyl is in near mint condition and the record looks like it has never been played.  The original inner sleeve is in excellent condition, with small splits on the bottom and both sides.  Also included is a mint condition 24” x 18” promotional poster that Caroline released for this album once they signed White Zombie. I will also include a copy of a press release bio and a letter addressed to “Fellow Radio Lifeforms” from Caroline’s Radio Promotions department. All pictures are of the actual items being auctioned.

The first b-movie audio samples used by White Zombie are present on this album and as one may expect, the inner sleeve is covered with great artwork. The vinyl has etched on side A near the center "Hagar-speed crazy genius or hot-rod pervert" and "I like 'em dumb" on side B from a b-movie called "Catwomen on the Moon", weird little details that makes a White Zombie record.

This record is part of my personal music collection and it is a true collectible destined to appreciate in value.  Don’t let this one get away !
