Atlantic ATL 11644 / Portuguese original release with picture sleeve
Description
Original release from 1975 with picture sleeve in excellent condition. Record is in excellent condition with just the faintest hint of surface wear; faint marks and just one or two faint scratches; the record has obviously been played, but only a few times. Label on the A-side is clean, but the label on the B-side has circular scratches, which are obviously man-made – possibly with the needle? The disc surface might benefit from a proper clean, but is otherwise fine. Sleeve shows the usual amount of wear around the opening, some creasing and ring-wear, but is fine. Tiny amount of writing on the back, though nothing major.

I use Record Collector magazine’s grading system to state the condition of each item – record, sleeve, etc., and check each item visually under LED lighting for

Mint (Record): Is in new/perfect condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. Sleeve: Is mint and any additional items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
Excellent (Record): Shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening of sound quality. Sleeve: The sleeve and packaging might have slight wear and, or creasing.
Very Good (Record): Has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Sleeve: Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Good (Record): Has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. Sleeve: Cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration etc.
Fair (Record): Is still playable, but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise: it may even jump. Sleeve: Cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
