Archetypal prog-rockers Yes formed in London in the late 1960s and gained vast popularity in the 1970s.  Throughout the 1970s Yes produced a stream of gold and platinum-selling albums, with 'Fragile' and 'Close to the Edge' considered fan favorites. Credit for their long-standing relevance lies with the distinctive vocals and lyrics of frontman Jon Anderson and the musicianship of the band's many members who have come and gone over the life of the group. 'House of Yes: Live from House of Blues' is a triple live album which was recorded on Halloween night in 1999 at the House of Blues in Las Vegas. It features four core members of Yes: Jon Anderson, Chris Squire, Steve Howe and Alan White.  2011.  New & Sealed.

• How do I get the International shipping discount?

• Can I pick my item up personally?
  Unfortunately, we can't accomodate local pickups as we are an internet-based store only.
  
  
  
• How long before my order ships?
  Orders usually ship within 2-7 business days. Please understand that it is impossible to keep all 100,000+ items (and multiple copies of those items) in stock at all times. Sometimes an order gets caught while re-supplying. Once an order is in the hands of the USPS, it can take another 2-14 days.
  
  
  
• Why hasn't my item been shipped yet?
  Please be patient. It is somewhere in our delivery path. Sometimes our emails get screened out. The bottom line is that 90% of all orders arrive within 10 days and 99% arrive within 3 weeks.
  
  
  
• Will I be able to track my shipment?
  Yes, tracking is included with all shipments, except international orders (This is an option- please e-mail for pricing).

• How do you handle refunds and credits?
  For situations in which a credit is in order, we will refund your Paypal account or credit card, minus shipping charges.
  
  
  
• You haven't emailed me my total! How do I pay?
  Our system will automatically send an E-Bay invoice within 24 hours of the end of auction.
  
  
  
• Can I return my product?
  Yes, if your product is defective, we will send a replacement as long as it is sent back within 30 days of purchase.
  
  
  
• What if my order is not complete when it arrives?
  Check your shipping confirmation e-mail to make sure the items weren't sent in multiple shipments. If they weren't, contact us and we we'll take care of it.
  
  
  
• What if one of my items is not available (out of print/stock)?
  Record companies take LP's cd's, and dvd's in and out of circulation all the time, without notice, to generate future demand. We have no control over this and it affects all media sellers. Therefore, we will refund the item(s) and the shipping charges and send the rest of your shipment.
