- We are professionals and pack with extreme care: you can trust us. However, we know some customers may have specific requirements for how their items are to be packed. Please confirm any such packing requests with us before bidding to be sure we can accomodate you.
- Massachusetts residents must pay sales tax because we are a Massachusetts business.
- We accept PayPal and credit cards by phone (Visa, Mastercard and Discover only).
- We're sorry, but we cannot accept personal checks as payment.
- Winners, please contact us within four days. If we do not receive payment from you within three weeks, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and report you as a non-paying bidder.
- Due to the mail theft epidemic in the Italian post office system, all packages destined for Italy now must use Priority Mail service. Priority Mail includes package tracking and insurance and the packages are much less likely to get "lost" this way. We won't make any exceptions to this policy; we've already lost hundreds of dollars due to numerous packages magically disappearing in Italy.
