For sale here is a VERY rare LP. released in 1968 especially in this condition) by THE ZOMBIES called "ODESSEY AND ORACLE" and is an ORIGINAL 19678 UK STEREO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press CBS label. THIS LP IS MEGA RARE AND VERY DIFFICULT TO LOCATE. THIS IS EASILY ONE OF THE ZOMBIES RAREST LP'S EVER, AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE (not in this condition!!)... TRY AND GET HOLD OF ANOTHER ONE!..NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN SUPERB!! CONDITION...(have a look at my photo's) 1st Press SBPG 63280 A2 / SBPG 63280 B2 MATRIXES, AND 1st PRESS FRONT LAMINATED ERNEST J. DAY SLEEVE - SO DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS ULTRA RARE RECORD in SUPERB!! condition!..The record is pressed on a slab of THICK black quality vinyl. The Cat no. is S 63280
Labels are the sensational blood orange format in excellent++ condition!!.With the cbs logo over the spindle hole on both labels to confirm that this is the very first issue of this magnificent rarity. Has only a few very minor spindle lines, to indicate that the record has possibly only ever had a few careful plays !! With NO damage of any kind.NO graffiti , NO rips, NO tears, and NO sticker marks whatsoever!!! and would therefore grade as excellent++ condition!!!..
Vinyl
Thickly pressed heavy weight vinyl pressing with jet black mirrior like surfaces That have that just pressed look!!. A magnificent vintage classic . Against a strong halogen light and angled at 45 degrees, There are NO surface marks,scratches or blemishes at all!!Only a couple of very tiny faint wispy lines are visible whatsoever!!.A stunning visual and impossible to locate in this condition!!!.Would therefore grade as near as mint condition!! ( please note that there is a small silver pen like mark to the vinyl.not a scratch!!..see pictures..this stops the vinyl from being mint!)
Sleeve
First issue front laminated Ernest J. Day sleeve is Showing only a small amount of storage wear at the corners and edges, with only a few very very minor laminate creases towards the edges. The sleeve has NO rips, NO tears, NO graffitti or stickers whatsoever!!!.The sleeve is in near mint condition!!! and a Fantastic collectors item. The Spine is perfectly straight and clearly legible!!!. This is a fine example of this sensational cbs classic.!! (please note there is a sticker removal tear to the reverse..see pictures)
