10" BUD POWELL "The Amazing Bud Powell, Vol. 2", Flat Rim, P, Blue Note Mono Vinyl

This is the 1954, first edition, Flat Rim, Deep Groove, 33 RPM, Frame TEXTURED Cover, 10", "P"-pressing of BUD POWELL's "The Amazing Bud Powell, Vol. 2" on the "767 Lexington Ave" labels of Blue Note 5041.

VINYL plays cleanly with consistent pops and ticks. But instruments are clean, strong, dynamic and full of tone. Vinyl plays well. No distortion. No locked grooves. 8 one-inch parallel marks on surface that can't be felt. Good gloss. No Skips. The Deep Groove "767 Lexington Ave" labels are clean with spindle marks. See photos.

COVER is in good condition. Large tear on front cover :(  MINT. Top seam and spine in good shape. 1" split on lower seam. Back jacket shows some ringwear, aging, water marks. See photos.

   

This LP was play tested. RECORD CLEANED ON VPI 16.5 VINYL CLEANER.
