This full-size paperback is the FIRST PRINTING as co-published in "September 2008" by SIX FEET UNDER RECORDS & VICIOUS CIRCLE RECORDS. 

This book is BRAND NEW & UNREAD and is in NEAR MINT CONDITION: just very light shelfwear and to the covers from initial display, plus the tips of corners has a slight hint of bumping. Store sticker on front cover. Pages are clean, unmarked and tight-to-spine.

The disc has never been played and is in NM/M CONDITION with no visible flaws at all! This book & 7" set is OUT-OF-PRINT and EXTREMELY RARE, so please bid accordingly!
