Description
1968 double LP The White Album. Apple Records. Mono. PMC 7067-8. Top opener, sleeve number 104652. Complete with 4 individual photos, original black unlined inners, and poster/lyric sheet. Grades at EX+ overall.
Vinyl: EX. There are a very few sleeve marks on all sides, but otherwise, they all retain a nice shine. Great sounding too! Matrix nos XEX 709-1, XEX 710-1, XEX 711-1, XEX 712-1.
Laminated top opening gatefold sleeve: EX+. The sleeve i absolutely fantastic, best I've seen! Even colour all over, great spine, the opening edges are sharp, no softening and creasing here! Inside the gatefold, again, lovely even colour, the foldovers sharp and crisp. A really lovely example.
Inners: VG+. Downgraded, maybe a bit harshly, but each one has a small tear (about 1") from the die-cut centre.
Photographs: EX+. No creases, folds or pin holes, no tape marks, just about perfect!
Poster: EX+. Again, no creases or folds that shouldn't be there. I dont imagine it's been out of the sleeve more than a handful of times.
Labels: EX+. A very very few extremely light spindle marks. It doesn't appear to have been played very often at all.
